Today I finished my Glitter Time page. I used a clock paper by Teresa Collins as the background page. I used two black brackets by Laserline underneath my matted photos. Glitter paper by American Crafts. I cut out the fashion cards from a page of Graphic 45 paper. Flowers by Prima, Ribbon in Razzleberry from Stampin' Up! Filmstrip stamp by Just for Fun, stamped on cream paper in my stash with Memento Black ink. Modeling sticker by 7Gypsies.

Day 214: Tag Football
For this football layout, I used paper from Bella Blvd as the background on the left page. I framed my son's team photo and individual photo with a frame from Wild Asparagus. I used a similar color green card stock from Stampin' Up! as background for the Joe Namath quote and the grid with the chipboard football icons. The grid stamp was actually part of a 6-frame postage stamp by Just for Fun. Ink was StazOn by Tsukineko. The chipboard title and football icons are by Little Yellow Bicycle. The "leather" corner triangles have been in my stash for ages. They are from Fresh Cuts by Rebecca Sower.
The right page features paper from Jillibean Soup. I simply added some orange photo corners (paper by Bo Bunny) to bring out the orange shirts of the players and to give a little pop from the busy background. I had some sports stickers in my stash, and added the football and helmet to give the page a little more dimension.
While these two pages aren't matchy-matchy, I think the green on the left page ties in with all the grass in the photos on the right page. I also needed something to brighten those dark photos, since they were taken in the early evening and the light was not optimal. I think the orange shirts were tied in on both pages with the use of the orange photo corners.

Day 70: Stamp Scrap Art Tour: Day 2
Yesterday we made lots of goodies. Today we shopped....and shopped....and shopped till we dropped! I purchased stamps and supplies from: Tessler Stamps, Seaside Stampin' Ink, Peddler's Den, Rubber Cottage, Repeat Impressions, Darcie's, Endless Creations and Everyday Cards, Just For Fun, and Morning Star. (If you are looking for nice, Christian rubber stamps, Morning Star has a wonderful selection.)
The first 100 people at the door of the show received a key to a treasure chest for a chance to win $100 in Tour Bucks to spend at the show. I arrived at 8:10 AM (doors opened at 10 AM, but since we had spent the night at the hotel that was hosting the show, when I woke up early, I decided to go sit by the doors). I was number 3 in line. I called Denise and Lisa's room and told them to come get in line. We all got keys for the treasure chest, but unfortunately, none of them worked. There were six more chances to win $100 throughout the day, but none of us won those either.
At each show on the Stamp Scrap Art Tour, there is a charity raffle that supports Shriner Hospitals for Children. The winner gets a basket of up to $500 retail value. We each purchased $10 in tickets, and,
drum roll....the winner was....ME!! Denise and Lisa started screaming and pointing at me when my name was called! It was a lot of fun looking at all the goodies in that basket on the way back home! Many thanks to all the vendors that contributed to the basket and especially to Darcie's*, which contributed the vast majority of the stamps in the basket.

We signed up to take an afternoon class on how to use embossing folders from Cuttlebug and Sizzix, VersaMark ink, embossing powder, and heat embossing to make beautiful cards. The class was taught by Beth Wagner of Endless Creations and Everyday Cards from Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Here are the photos of what we created at the Embossing Folders Class:
