My Mom's Book and Bible Study group is going to decorate flower pots for our United Methodist Women's Mother-Daughter Dinner. I used a sponge paint brush to paint the terra cotta planter white, then used Ranger paint daubers to add blue and green to my butterfly stamp (Stampin' Up!). It was a little hard to stamp on the pot, sometimes the edges of my wings are missing, but it looks cute. Perhaps a smaller stamp would have stamped more fully. I added an orange ribbon with blue and green butterflies around the top of the planter (ribbon from Michael's). Once a flower is added, it will make a pretty centerpiece for one of the tables.
